How to Return Your Order

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 14 days of delivery.

Key Conditions:

  • Final Sale Items: Cannot be returned (clearly marked on product pages)
  • Sale Items: Eligible for store credit only

Return Process:

  1. Visit shoesaquazzura.com/returns
  2. Enter your order number and:
    • U.S. Returns: Shipping ZIP code
    • International Returns: Email address
  3. Select items and reason for return
  4. Print two copies of the prepaid label (one for package, one for courier)

Return Requirements

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by authenticity cards/dust bags (if included)

Special Requirements for Footwear:

  • Must be unmarked/unscuffed
  • Original shoebox required (must be inside protective shipping box)

Important Notes

  • $10 handling fee applies to all returns
  • Refunds processed within 14 business days to original payment method
  • International customers responsible for return shipping costs
  • Jewelry and final sale items cannot be returned

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. For size/color changes:

  1. Place a new order for desired item
  2. Return original purchase separately
